Archie Sonic Online...

Well, it's basically trying to be another STC-O (I'm still reading that, BTW, regardless of my complaints about Filler, What Happened to the Mouse, and Adaptational Villainy), but it seems to fail. The website has a forum as well as the Mobius Legends anthology, a series of dubiously canonical stories designed to brush up the writing and drawing muscles of the staff. Well, the art is very pretty, you have that down, but the stories?

Ray getting his first chilidog? Rated PB. (nod to an ancient early Archie issue)

Blaze and Elise having adventures? The opposite-Blaze was pretty cool, Blaze has a better treatment here than she has ever had in the Archie comic (at least Omega was cool pre-reboot), and Elise is... well... tolerable this time. (I don't actually LIKE her like I do Mixedfan8643's interpretation or Cylent-Nite's Sonic Boom version/Erica the Squirrel) I really liked the art here.

The Amy Vs. Mecha Sally one has a good concept, but I can't remember any bit of it. The rest are even more forgettable.

That Zonic opening was very nice, though. I liked the references to minor arcs and forgotten backstories hidden away. And the very first paragraph of the book shows that this book could rely a ton on fun imagination, which it hasn't lived up to yet, and I think it may never will once the real comic starts.

Real comic, meal shmomic! That community of writing staff is quite toxic. GentlemanX is probably the worst. He excuses Hamlin from the punishment he deserves as doing his job... What? I then said "stop treating him like some force of nature", and then he said "he's just a guy." If he's just a guy, than he's a VILLAINOUS GUY! He thinks Hamlin is fun for never bending to emotion, where everyone else hates him for it. Have you seen the bad things he's done, serving as a wide roadblock for the Freedom Fighters? He gives me Porky Minch and Emperor Palpaltine vibes! Gae-Na's return looks pretty damn cool, though. Gets me a bit intrigued for when the comic finally does come out, but not much. As long as GentlemanX (aka Hamlin Pig) is still head writer, I'm not very pleased.

Meanwhile Ian Flynn is saddled with other stuff, so it's going to take longer to release LHT and details will likely be lost. Oh, and if they can't please MeltingMan234, they've already basically lost.

And if you still read the Nostalgia-Pandering-Filler-Arc, you should watch Flynn's Boom episode...
This project seemed like my type of thing, but in the end I have no hype for it. Me? Agreeing with MeltingMan234 on something after 2015? That's just silly... or is it?

Well let's face it, everyone's trying to get their own continuation going unlike STCO which has just one clear one. Also, how was Ian's Boom ep? Hadn't got it on this end yet.
